This Privacy Policy outlines how Neurality Health collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our healthcare AI platform that aids in healthcare growth ("Platform"). This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.

  • De-identified Data: We may also collect and use de-identified data that does not directly identify you, such as aggregated usage data or anonymized patient data.
  • Appointment Information: A User may voluntarily give us certain information when scheduling and setting up appointments with your healthcare organization. This can include name, email address, phone number; email addresses.
  • Calendar Information: A User may connect their calendar with Neurality. In most instances, our calendar integration only uses free/busy status of the events in your calendar so that we don’t book you when you’re busy. No details of calendar events are stored or used. Only Health care providers needs to connect their intake persons calendar. This is to check availability of the intake person and to schedule appointments.
  • Chatbot Data: Chatbot data is stored in our database for the purpose of improving the chatbot experience. This data includes the messages sent by the user and the responses given by the chatbot. This data is also shared with OpenAI to generate responses. Chat history is also shared with Owner (Healthcare Organization) of the chatbot.

Third Party Tools

We use third-party tools to provide and improve the Platform, which may collect and store your information.
We share your chat history, name, email, and phone number with OpenAI to onboard users and to generate responses.
implemented Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA Enterprise collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for purposes of providing, maintaining, and improving reCAPTCHA Enterprise and for general security purposes. This information is not used by Google for personalized advertising. Your use of reCAPTCHA Enterprise is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Neurality Health has integrated with Google Calendar to provide enhanced scheduling capabilities for healthcare providers. This integration allows healthcare providers to connect their Google Calendar to the Platform, enabling AI agents to efficiently check availability and create events on their behalf. We understand the importance of safeguarding your Google data and have implemented stringent security measures to protect your privacy.

  • Google Calendar Access: Our services may require access to your Google Calendar to facilitate event creation and scheduling.
  • AI Agent Utilization: Customized AI agents, deployed by you, utilize the Google Calendar API to efficiently check your availability and create events on your behalf.
  • Enhanced Productivity: This capability streamlines communication with your customers and enhances your productivity by automating event scheduling processes.
  • Privacy Commitment: We treat your Google data with the utmost respect and responsibility, adhering to stringent security measures and industry best practices to safeguard your privacy at all times.
  • Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review the full policy here.

With Whom We May Share Your Information

  • With third-party service providers: We use other companies, agents to perform services on our behalf or to assist us with providing services and communicating with you. We share your name, email, phone number and chat history with OpenAI to onboard users and to generate responses. We also share your information with Google to provide reCAPTCHA Enterprise services. We also share your information with Google to provide Google Calendar services.
  • Healthcare providers (with your consent): Healthcare providers may access your information to provide healthcare services to you, with your consent. Healthcare providers may also use the Platform to communicate with you and manage your healthcare. Healthcare providers may also access your chat history with the chatbot.

We will not share any other information with any third party without your consent, except as required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet or electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
